FOUR EASY WAYS TO GET STARTED AT RCFN
You can sign up for our "Free Saturday Intro WOD" on our schedule page here:
We offer the Intro Class (usually) every other Saturday at 1000. Sign up, show up, meet the team, learn a bit about us and do a quick, yet hard Intro Workout of the Day (WOD).
Sign up right away for our "On Ramp" Program which teaches CrossFit fundamentals! We offer six introductory classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays 0630-0730 or 1830-1930. They are labeled on our schedule 1-6 but you can sign up in any order.
Choose a time period in our schedule where you can sign up for all 6 On-Ramp classes within the same 30-day period: you will also have a couple days to try out our "Normal" WOD courses. Then, sign up for your first class, come in and pay a discounted price of €50 for the first month and you are on your way. You can decide if you want to join RCFN with a regular month-to-month contract at the end of this 30-day period.
You have the option of completing all your On-Ramp courses with a personal instructor at a time convenient for you. You can expect this training for all 6 On-Ramp courses to last 2 - 2.5 hours, so many people break this up into two sessions. Please send us an email if you are interested, and we will schedule a mutually convenient time, and pair you with one of our CrossFit instructors. At the conclusion of your training, you may still take advantage of our 30 Days for €50 offer, and are welcome to attend any regular WOD on our schedule during this trial period (usually offered every day except Sunday).
If you already have CrossFit experience at another CrossFit Affiliate, please shoot us an email with your name, the name of your former Affiliate, and the time period you trained there. Often, we will ask you to come in and "show us your moves" to demonstrate your knowledge of CrossFit fundamentals. Of course this is not only to insure your safety, but also in the interest of insuring the safety of those around you.
